110800 - Run, Jump and Throw

Running, Jumping, and Throwing are the basic movements of fitness and are the building blocks that translate to all sports. Track and field is an excellent way to develop these skills, and this six week program for kids grades 3-6 does just that. We will break down the movements and techniques used, introduce track and field training routines, and finish with a track meet on May 5th.
