Live well and stay healthy! Join us at the Laramie Community Recreation Center on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 11 am-Noon to learn about a different component of our overall health from the professionals. We will be bringing in a new guest speaker every month to provide information about all aspects of your mental and physical health. Upcoming topics and information will be available on-line and at the front desk.
